I agree with NitroWill... you sound like a great candidate for a backplate and wing. I think an
OxyCheq Mach V Signature Wing and
Zeagle Stainless Steel Backplate would be good options for you. Those, combined with a simple "hogarthian" harness like the
Hollis Solo Harness should serve you well.
