I can see requiring you to tape down the excess, but I just don't get making it a
requirement for any tech courses. (ok, maybe Cave 1/2, but what about adv. nitrox? He said tech classes, not cave classes, after all!)
Purely speculation, since, of course, I have spring straps on all my fins (duh
), but the rebel in me really doesn't like unjustified (or insufficiently justified)
requirements.
