Fly to Miami, rent a car for the weekend and drive to Key Largo. Plenty of dive operations there to choose from, if you need help selecting one try the PADI website or google scuba diving in Florida......just a suggestion. |
Scratch the beach idea if you are thinking of key largo. There aren't any. I just got back yesterday, and the only beaches [tiny] are manmade ones. I dove with conch republic, which was a great dive op, and I had a lot of fun. The only thing with key largo is all the reefs are offshore by a few miles, so boat dives are the only way to get there.
