I had a dive from a Princess cruise last year while in port in Aruba.
It was a 2 tank dive. While at 42' diving on the wreck of the Antola I gave a tug on the inflator assembly to release some air from the BC and the inflator hose came away from the inflator and the cable to the purge valve also came loose. I was buddied up with the DM who didn't even realize I was forced to abort the dive. Lucky for me I came up next to another dive boat and got a hand at the surface because with the hose off I had no way to inflate the BC and establish bouyancy.
They found me another BC to use for the second dive which went well but complaining to Princess got me nothing not even a credit for the excursion.
