They've been trying to sink that boat since about 2002.

Well, that sucks! I'll probably go somewhere else then. I've been to the keys the last 2 years, but I'll skip a year (or 2) if this is the case.

I hate that for you. The keys are a great place to dive. But get your AOW & go to the Flower Gardens. It's the best bang for your buck in this part of the country. But book the 3 day trip to get your money's worth.
