qualify that... hardier reg? The Tusa regs are as good as they come, with many of the same features... The Tusa regs always score in the top 15% of the Scubalab regulator tests...
I own two RS460's, which are similar though a little better than the RS130's, however, they have the same features for the most part...
I like the Zeagle stuff too, don't get me wrong, however, to say they are noticeably or significantly better will require some proof or direct info... The RS130 is about the least expensive good reg you can buy, and I've used them many times while in certification training... I went to the RS460 because I got a good deal on them and, they are a little bit better....
edit: I definitely like the adjustability... on my Tusa, I can go from surface mode - harder to breathe, to dive mode - almost having air forced into you, with a turn of the knob... It can supply way more air than I can inhale per cycle if needed too...
