In case you arent aware, other than type of fins, and of course keeping hydrated, the most common cause of muscle cramping for most people is actually a drop in their potassium levels. Buy a bottle of potassium supplement at the local drug store. Try the advised dosage for a week before and then during the dive days...bet it helps :-)
