I don't live too far from Daisetta... This area is full of saltdomes that have been here from eons ago. Daisetta was a big oil town and I believe the saltdomes were used for oil storage. The water in the sinkhole now is grey water. Nasty stuff. It may fill up but it will probably be like diving blind. There is alot of concrete around one side of it that could fall off in chunks if you're not carefull. And it will probably have oil and stuff in it from the trucks , tractors, storage tanks, and power transformers that have fell in it. Unless they do some serious environmental clean up I wouldn't dive in it.
