Hey guys and gals!
I am looking to purchase a new light pretty soon. It will be used as a primary light, but will not be carried all the time. Only during night dives a few times a year, and also I will be using it in a "cave like" situation as well.
My dad runs some hydro plants on the river and needs to do pm's on them occasionally. I will be going with him on some of these dives as well. Conditions in the draft tubes are usually black out. They're about 50' down and back up into the units about 30'.
The 2 lights that I am looking at are the Princeton Tec Led or the UK light cannon HID.
There definantly is a differance in the price, but I can spend up to about $200 give or take.
Is there enough differance to opt for the UK light cannon?
Any thoughts?
