I have a few favorites:

Cooper River, SC - Meg Teeth (Venice, FL is right up there)...

The Spar off Beaufort, NC is one of my favorite "penetration" wreck dives as well.

Bull Run (Bahamas) is awesome for seeing sharks, so is the Papoose (NC).
