i used to do this also.

i got to 30 a week. along with the 600 floor pushups a week. 200 situps a week. 50 pullups. 100 curls with 50 lbs. And a baked potato every day.

of course this was almost 10 years ago, so the most I do now is lift a corona with lime about 3 times a night!
In ROTC we will do 80 pull ups, and hundreds of situps and pushups, run a mile, and then play ultimate frisbee or dodge ball in both though we are allowed to do anything except kill each other to win it's really fun, also if it has rained recently we will play leapfrog through puddles 50' long and 6" or more deep, and thats only an injury free PT shcedule it gets much more dangerous and competetitive with games such as bull in the ring, pushball, full contact soccer, and more. My mom thinks that it is a great risk but my dad encourages it and I think it's great only sad thing is I can do this all day and i'm still slightly overweight.

Sounds like you need to fix your diet.
