I just got certified a little over a week ago.
I'm pumped!
I went through MTSU, which has an AWESOME program FWIW, and I had a blast! I learned quite a bit, too. I can't wait to learn more, though. This spring I'm hoping to do Nitrox, AOW, and SLAM at least. Then maybe a few others in the Summer. We'll see.
My card just came in the mail today, which was really exciting. Its nice being official and also being able to finally put that NAUI bumper sticker on my truck without feeling like a hypocrite.
Anyways, I'm looking at buying an inexpensive new setup and thats what brought me here! $399 for a complete setup with a basic computer? Holy cow! I do have to admit I hate the look of the BC that comes with that package, but I'll either come to love it or sell it if need be.
I do have to talk my wife into letting me do this, though, so wish me luck! It may take a few months.
