If you only intend to have it along "just in case",
you can bungee a normal full sized snorkel to your BC
or your tank.

My wife has a Zena and I have a Brigade and we
mount our snorkels under the wings, between the
wing and harness. It lays flat behind you and you don't
even know its there.

To do this, I bought a few feet of 1/8" bungee
cord from REI (10 cents per foot) and a few spring
cord locks. (4 for $1).

You use two 6" pieces of bungee and 2 cord locks per snorkel.
The bungee is looped through the metal triglide
that holds the wing to the harness/camband.
Then stick both ends of the bungee through the cord lock.
Tie the ends in a knot so the cord lock doesn't fall off.

Then simply slide the snorkel through the 2 bungee loops
and tighten them to grip the snorkel. The mouth piece
should be at the bottom.
DONE!
Total cost about $1.50

You can loosen the cord locks to remove the snorkel or
if you are in a hurry and yank down on it, it will come free.

It can't be stored back into place without the help
of your buddy. So its not really great for snorkeling
out from shore but if you only intend to have it
"just in case", it works just fine.
