If you're diving a lot, you might consider taking a 5mm full suit instead. Your core temperature will drop and you might find yourself getting cold in a 3mm mid-week.
We were in Belize in Dec/Jan a couple of years ago and both the air and water temperatures were only about 78-80. After a couple of days of diving, most folks were cold in their 3mm suits and envied my 5mm that I had taken.
