Yes. I was there last January, the water was 79 deg. I wore a 3 mm, hood and boots. Also some of the dives are right on top of the shallow reef, it's easy to get slammed on top of the coral in a trough, so you'll need abrasion protection, as well as thermal protection.
You could look at suits at Gander or Academy, down here in the south, they tend to have a fair selection that you can try on for fit, and the prices are reasonable.
