If I bring most of my gear (I don't have a BC or regs) I'll need to rent them for $16 and pay $30 r/t for my gear on the plane. So in the end, I can wear most of my own stuff and pay $46 or rent everything and pay $34. Just wondering due to size of room on ship and stuff like that. Any info on previous experiences would be greatly appreciated.

So I assume then what you would be bringing is your mask, fins & wetsuit?

I would bring my own mask at least. Doesn't take up that much space and is the one thing you really need a must fit.

Assume the fins are full foot.

The other question would be if you are going to snorkel at any other stops, it might be nice to have your own gear for that too.
