I would bring my own m/s/f, wetsuit, and boots (fins are not full foot.) As for snorkeling, not sure, but the possibility is always there which is another reason for maybe bringing my own gear. I just don't want to be overcrowded in an already small cabin room. Decisions, decisions, decisions.
