One interesting point. The next to last entry seem to give credibility to the annual VIS on scuba cylinders by referring to CGA Pub P-5. Yet much earlier in the list he made the point that CGA Pubs P-6 (series) are referenced in the CFRs giving them the same effect as Gov Regs. But no such mention of P-5. As I understand it, CGA also says, somewhere, that anything above 23.5 % O2 is to be treated as 100% O2 which get into another contentious industry practice.
