Well, I finally got around to trying that number today - that was kind of interesting.
The phone number on the internet (that I listed in the thread) is for the powerplant. It doesn't sound like they have anyone who manages what kind of recreational activities are allowed on the lake (or at least the fella I spoke with had no idea of any).
Bubbles - maybe you'll have better luck with your contact.
If push comes to shove, I'm not opposed to showing up with gear with someone and seeing if we get chased off.
However, as it is a power plant lake, It would be better to know before hand if my testicles were going to glow after diving that water.
