I have the Akona AKB-144. It has held up well for at least 250k miles of air travel, though the zipper over the roller handle is completely broken, and the bag itself tips over when fully loaded.
I like dive bags - they are built for our gear and generally can take a decent thumping. I know people don't like bags that scream "Dive Bag - Steal Me", but I don't really see the logic in it. If you take your regs and computer as carry on, as most of us do, then it is highly unlikely that anyone is going to want to go after your funky wetsuit, your big fins, and your as large BC. They aren't easily hidden and aren't nearly as valuable second hand. If you manage to get through my lock and get items as large as that out of an airport w/o being noticed, then good on ya' - you've got a future in thievery.
