Govt & the Housing Bubble - Agree/Disagree
Government's view of the economy could be summed up in a few short phrases: If it moves, tax it. If it keeps moving, regulate it. And if it stops moving, subsidize it.
Housing market did great, let give property tax increases. Things getting bad because of shady practices, lets regulate it. And now people can't pay.. time to subsidize the schmucks who are getting foreclose on..
