My husband and I had the opportunity to use our Nocturnal Lights LED lights on our recent trip to the Bahamas. I cannot begin to say enough GOOD things about these lights!!

<DIV>Not only were they absolutely amazing on battery use (we used1 set of 6AAbatteries for 2 weeks of diving!), but they were outstanding as night lights. We were interested to see all the different colors of light from everyone's torches on our night dives, and they ranged from green to yellow, to blue, to bright white...the bright white ones being ours (anda guy with an LED canister light).</DIV>

<DIV>The really nice thing about the beam of these lights was that they give a bright center area, then diffuse out to a fairly large area that's lit up, but not bright. That gave us the ability to put the edge of the light on a subject for photographing without making hot spots. It also cut through the darkness like a hot knife through butter!</DIV>

<DIV>Okay, so they aren't cheap, but being that they take AA batteries, have LEDs that last forever (basically), and are built with aluminum housings that can really take abuse, we think they are well worth the money.</DIV>
