There it is. That's a very good deal. I bought the same knife last week and it is true that it's hard to open nor close with or without gloves. I kept it for different purpose and not for diving. Bought another one from Vercingetorix. I still go with leg mount or BCD type knives that clips and unclips whenever you use it.
I personally think a better choice would be this one. It's titanium, so it won't rust, and around the $22 mark after discounts & GF.
