Found it!
On the UPS thing is says the location is "flower pot" which confused the crud out of me! I don't have any flower pots in the front of my house, but my neighbor came over this morning and gave me the belt! The package was in her yard yesterday and she grabbed it and saw the name. She came over and gave it to me this morning.
And the belt is great!
