The most comfortable, and probably warmest (for the same basic type of suit) is probably going to be the one that fits you right. Which means it's tight enough to stop water flow but not restricting your breathing or movement. What fits other people is not too meaningful to you, so you pretty much need to go and try stuff on, I don't think you can go too wrong with any of the well-known brands.
Hyperstretch might be warmer in some cases because it fits you better than others, or less warm because a stretchy suit gets thinner when it stretches. Henserson's Hyperstretch is known for it's comfort but not it's durability. (Personally I'd go for comfort and to heck with durability, but that's me.)
