Reviving old threads

There seems to be an individual that is interested in nothing more than reviving old threads just to disparage people or spout off about how great he is. I know the intent is to pad their post count, but it is getting old having to sift through the threads to find the recent ones. Does anybody else share this point of view?

I'm new on here but I think I know exactly who you mean. Looks like he's hid his number of logged dives now. I've been lurking on this site for a while and have always found it kinda funny how someone new can have so much to say (post count) about something they know so little about (dive count).

Agreed, not only has he hidden his logged dives but his age is no longer displayed, his choice but in another thread he now claims to be retired. There was another recently banned for being nowhere near as irritating as this particular self righteous primadonna. I almost didn't start this thread but I like the people here, I don't go to that "other" board just because of this kind of crap.

I felt the same way yesterday when I saw all of his posts... I didn't realize at first that they were all old posts and may have replied to some (I can't remember, its been a day ).

If anyone is a troll just looking to push their agenda - this guy has all the red flags, IMO.

Exactly my point, I have a kid in the military and have relatives who have died in the service of our country. That is why I started this thread instead of making a negative reply on the memorial thread.
