Gloves - colors other than black?

does anyone know where I can get 3mm gloves in a color other than black? Used to be one company that made yellow, pink, etc. but I can't find them anywhere now. I need something for signalling my buddy underwater so he can see it from a distance against my body (black neoprene wetsuit and BC).

Tusa used to make them, but then stopped. Maybe you could find someone with them still in stock?

They are 5mm but only on the top as the grip is leather.

Tilos has there reef gloves in black/blue and black/yellow. (I use them all the time - including cold water.....)

Spray paint works. No kidding it does.

I painted the tips of my jet fins yellow. I do a lot of low viz night diving when it is so easy to loose a buddy and the yellow paint helps. My buddies tell me it works well and they can see me. I use those rubber coated hard weights on my weight belt and I painted those yellow too. Yellow rustolium spray paint seems to stick to rubber but it takes a week or more to dry so you need to plan ahead.

Try the paint on some old gloves first. It will look really ugly on land but underwater all you care about is function

One other trick is to pick up a pair of cheap Home depot leather work gloves and put them over 3mm neoprene gloves. People mostly do this to make the neoprene gloves last longer but I can see the light color.

I had thought of taking my black gloves and putting puff-paints on them but I hadn't thought of spray paint. I am just very dissappointed that I can't find anything unless I go to gardening gloves at Home Depot!
