I have the Aeris Silver jack with BC sheath. Also have strap on sheath for same knife for snorkling. Don't laugh, it has come in handy. First, you want a knife with a metal butt so you can bang on your tank. Second, Titanium is a gimmik (sp?) in my opinion. The SS has never rusted and the extra weight v. Ti is lead off your waist.

I would steer clear of that XS neoprene knife wrap. The little buckle that holds the knife sheath in place decided to open on me and my nice brand new titanium knife now lives with the fishes.

Titanium alloy (particularly beta alloy) knives are advantageous because they are totally immune to corrosion and maintain a very sharp edge. Weight reduction isn't an issue with such a small article. You haven't observed your Aeris SilverJack rusting because it's made of 304 stainless steel, which is fairly resistant to corrosion (assuming you always rinse it), but is rather poor in edge retention. A good stainless steel knife (e.g. a chef knife) will use a 400 series alloy (martensitic/high carbon) as opposed to 300 series alloy (austenitic/low carbon) like the SilverJack. 400 series knife blades are quite hard and thus retain their edges well, but they fair poorly in marine evnvironments because they corrode easily (which also dulls the blade). Titanium beta alloy dive knives aren't a gimmick. They really are an improved knife design over traditional stainless alloys, and if you do some shopping, you can find one for under $50.

UK Fusiler Dive Knife is very rust-resistant, but not rust-proof. Small. Disassembles easily for cleaning the tang. I carry this, blunt-tip version.
