Lights recommedations
My wife wants a new light. she mainly dive warm water dive. Very little night diving. She mainly wants in to peek in cracks and maybe on non penetrating wreck dive. I would prefer to stay under the $50 price range.
Her choices so far are. Princeton tec torrent xenon UK sl4 eled Pleican sabrelite 2000 photoluminescent or someone can recommend something else / better |

I have the UK C8 eLed..I really enjoy it...
the c4 eLed would be a good choice for her, would be just under $60 after your 10% ![]() http://scubatoys.com/store/detail.as...CT_ID=UKC4eled |

I use the SL4 as a backup. It's a good light, but the beam is extremely narrow. Alot of my buddies dive the C4, and swear by it. Definately worth the little bit over your price range.

It might be good to know what she has now and
why she wants a new light. i.e. not bright enough, wants a different style, smaller, wider/narrow beam, longer battery life, etc... There is a discussion about lights in this thread:Help me choose a light I really like the SL4 eLED but its a bit over $50. The regular/standard UK SL4 is the best value right now. The $20 price will save alot of money for batteries and other stuff. --- bill |
