My daughter wears her console across her chest clipped to the right shoulder d-ring where she (and I) can easily glance down and see it. Her knife is attached to the hose just about at her sternum.

I have a Winoka BC knife I attached to spare grommeted holes on my Zeagle. I have grommets and a tool and will eventually attache it to her BC as on PTaaron's above.

I have Wenoka squeeze knife, and also have it attached to the grommet holes on my Zeagle, right below the rolled up pocket.

I wear a small blunt tip blade on my left side just below the sholders and on the right side I keep my shears same level. In the pocket a second set of shears. My main dive buddy my father wears his in exact same place so we know where each others cutting tools are.

Took nylon stitching thread used for leatherwork and stitched
case on my small knife to the underside of my BC on left side
with handle in downward position. Easy to retrieve, easy to
replace; streamlined, and out of the way.

Mine's in a webbing type sheath that I thread my Knighthawk shoulder strap thru...well, the lower connector strap, that is. It rests horizontal just above the integrated weight pocket on my right, and I can easily reach it with either hand.

Up until now, I've kept the knife on the inside of my left leg, but I was having problems with it getting tangled sometimes. With all the advice in this thread, looks like I have some new knife placement ideas. thanks to all.

Firm believer in two knives. Ond on the dominant leg and one on the weak side. Odds on both getting tangled are low.
