Help to Insert Compass on Aeris Guage

Some months ago i purchased an Aeris Guage

Aeris Analog Gauges, Dive Gauges, Aeris, Aeris Analog Gauges

I'm now doing my advanced course, so i've purchase an Aeris Compass.

The Aeris seems to have a removal blank plate on the back of the guage, how do i get this out so i can insert the compass? Is it a right twist and pull or left twist an pull..Or just a pull??

Any help would be great.

Reg

It just pops out... you just flex the rubber and it pops out, then just pack the compass in.. Make sure you decide how to orient it - two choices there - across or along the console.

Make sure you have the right compass. There are at least two different Aeris compasses. They have a different base. Initially I had the wrong one and it did not fit right in the console.

Yes, that appears to be the newer console, and the old style compass..
