Rechargable Battery Pack

Hello,

I just picked up a UK HID Dive Light used and need some batteries for it. I figure the Rechargeable Battery pack will be the most cost effective and am planning to go that route. However, I just wanted to check and see what the consensus is on this item in terms of and problems with it, what its lifespan (not charge) is supposed to be, etc.

TIA for any feedback!
