Dive Alert Plus

I was looking into one of these and have to ask if anyone has a review?

Also, since they are backordered, if you ordered how long have you been waiting?

Thanks

I just got one for the holydays. I have not had a chance to dive with it but I did try it just to see how loud it was. The underwater noise maker sounds like one of those pnumatic torque wrenches. The air horn, well,
my ears just stoped ringing.

They are effective both underwater and above - well designed - very good item to have. I have a spare one if you want one since they are on BO..

Mine came in just before Christmas. I have tried it once. The topside works great and LOUD, but I was disappointed in the U/W part. I had two dive partners and neather could hear it.

I have a Sub Duck that I use when DM'ing. Never had a problem getting anyone's attention with that thing. It's loud to the point of annoying.
