OMS Titanium Linecutter

I just bought this knife, and it's great! Low maintainance, since it's just a peice of hook-shaped titanium. All you do is rinse and dry. Sharp, too. Makes mincemeat out of monofilament.

Like some of the others already said....the Remora. I have 2 - and three scabbards for them. Wasn't planned that way. I just managed to lose one when i didn't slide it all the way back in during a dive...

I have that, too. Great blade. Replaced my Z-knife, which I loved, but I was tired of having them rust up after every dive.

It's all about titanium for me, now. I only wish I could find some titanium shears!

Here's the best "budget" small titanium knife I've found. Same knife as the one pictured a few posts up, but titanium. I think I'm going to pick on up as a spare, as a loaner, or for my wife. At this $31, it's hard to say no:

Although now that I posted that, this seems like a better deal. It's a few bucks more, but a better knife, shipping is cheaper, and there's no tax for me in CA (scuba.com is in CA, so I pay tax there):

I have 1 of the 1st model mentioned (although mine is SS). The sheath broke within a week. Maybe mine was defective, but it's hard plastic, and I think would break easily. At least mine did.

I also have 2 Wenoka squeeze knifes. I have 1 in titanium thats tanto tipped, and 1 in SS thats blunt. They lock in very securely with an audible click, so you know you have it stored properly. The squeeze knife comes in 2 sizes. I have the small versions. It's just about the same size as the 1st one mentioned above.

I intend to replace the sheaths with webbing sheaths with velcro closure, like the one that came with my Halcyon knife. I'll just take a foot of webbing and some velcro to my local shoe repair store, and they'll sew it up for a couple of bucks.

I have this one and love it. Do problems with the sheath either.

I've got a Remora BC knife mounted on my high pressure hose. It's out of the way but there if I ever need it. ScubaToys has a cheaper version on sale for about $5. Not sure if the cheaper one will come with the hose mount.
