Good dive knife

So does anyone have a favorite type of dive knife out there that they would recommend I buy? Are there any knives to stay away from?

I like the big vintage dives like the SEAHAWK. That is one bad, hose slashing blade. On the small side I like my little Tekna knife.

I use the Dive Rite version of this: http://scubatoys.com/store/detail.asp?PRODUCT_ID=Oxycheq_SS_Line_Cutter

Small, simple, cheap, and does the job I need it to without getting in the way.

I like my SOG Seal pup.

A scaled down version of that used by the Navy Seals.

It was actually a gift to wear while flyfishing on the flats in case any of the sharks got too close, but I find poking them with the butt of the fly rod is easier than trying to deter them with a 6" blade. It's a great dive knife, though.

It's not the size of the knife if a fight...LOL. sorry forgot where I was. I like smaller knifes. titanium is very good. easily mounted and secured. It can stay out of it's own way. (I hope you understand what that means) small fits in your hand remember it for cutting line or whatever you might get tangled in. I like a blunted tip. I use a Wenoka, the entire blade and handle fit in my hand and all the stuff i have put it through it's still very sharp. back it up with a pair of scissors
