Depends on your liability exposure and your reward. ie.. What do you have to loose (or Protect) vs. how much you will make (or what are you willing to pay to protect it). For me due to my additional courses and that I supply some of the gear ina couple of my classes Ineed to cary my own insurance. But I do ride on a shop policy also.

Second question first: No, I have never needed to use it, don't know anyone personally who has, and hope both of those never change.
First question: I gave a long winded answer in another post, but basically nothing will guarantee I won't get sued, but at least if I carry insurance, I have a team of lawyers helping defend me, as opposed to getting to do it (and pay for it) on my own. Its never been a question in my mind. |

Good to know, thanks! Are the prices online anywhere? I wonder if they might be somewhat variable by region, or if that's a flat rate. I'd also love to know the difference between basic and more comprehensive.
