Was it the full cert or did she have to do instructor time as well?
You will have to meet up with a local instructor after you take the online portion to do your exam and practical exercises.....according to the description, this is NOT a class I would recommend for enriched air

SDI- Nitrox Training

I suggest you contact an instructor first to avoid unnecessary expenses. The course does not prepare a diver to dive EAN with standard tables or using EAD and air tables. But, with very little math, the diver will learn about the hazards of high levels of O2 and be able to dive safely using a nitrox computer. In my wife's case, it was probably the only way we were going to legitimately dive nitrox together.

Again, good to know... given my wife's severe math allergy, I'm in the same boat. I've been worrying about this issue, frankly, so it's good to know there's a cheat that's at least marginally acceptable.

It wasn't about the math just trying to get EAN certified before mexico in October. Guess i will have to keep LDS shopping an hope one pops up after peak season in SEPT.
