Shark diving

Still done in Florida too, but I wanted to start a thread in Africa - silly eh?

I met a girl on one of my recent trips who did a Great white shark dive in South Africa, she said it was the scariest dive ever. I think I'd come back with a brown suit after such a dive.... LOL

channel islands.....hardcore shark stuff, cages chum etc.....

They have trips along Cape Town, and I believe that you can do some cage diving in Cape Vidal /Sodwana Bay, near Durban , but not sure if the Great Whites are in the latter part. I was in Sodwana Bay snorkeling and visibility was pretty poor. I know they have shark nets all along the South African beaches.
