Here's one about pre hydration, again looks like it works.

Here's the one about exercise before a dive, looks like it's a VERY good idea.

Furthermore, if you read the other links on diving you'll see that on Navy divers it seems that even light exercise during the safety stop reduced the bubbles.

The odd thing, exercise in general seemed to be the key to reducing bubbles, before, during and after diving. All the things we've been told not to do. They do say it's only useful for their divers though, but it's interesting that exercise is the key.

I wonder if it had to do with speeding up the blood flow?

For me, physical fitness has helped in my diving. I'm not nearly as tired at the end of the day.

Sounds like the Galileo Sol used this information when they were making there computer. There computer lets you use your heart rate to help fine tune your deco times.
