I know these are discontinued, but I'm wondering if anyone has upgraded and has their old Timex Helix depth meter watch for sale.

Also, can you provide any feedback on how accurate this watch would be for depth measurements (I'm assuming it provides this).

The depth on mine is pretty accurate, within a foot of what my dive computer says. I like it.

As to getting one, buy it on ebay, you can find them real cheap all day. But be sure to not press any buttons under water, it will flood immediately if you do.

Thanks for the warning. That may explain why they no longer make them... an underwater watch that floods when you use it :smilie39: Still for the price I'll and your recommendations I'll give it a try. Thanks!

Just curious... did you win the bid for a low amount? I've heard of some Ebay sellers that will state they no longer have the product and return the payment if the bidding doesn't get as high as they would like. :smiley21:
