Ok y'all...I didn't do a weekly weigh in last week so you got an extra 3 or 4 days to work on your goals. So how did everyone do last week?

Me: I somehow gained that pesky pound back. I must have been celebrating too much.:smiley9::smiley30: Sooooo I'm back at it.

Goal#1 - Loose that last stupid, stubborn, reoccurring pound!!!!

OMG! is this series of threads still alive? Wow.

Ok, here's where I'm at. At my last check-in I hit a new low of 209. Then I smoked my army PT test and decided to take a short celebritory break. Bad timing as winter moved in. That break just kept going on and on. I put most of my weight back on. I think I went back to about 233. As of yesterday I am back down to 213.

I hope to be at 200 by the time I go home on leave in a month.

Hey Foo2, I'm still at 190 today, but spend most of the day running office to office. Then an 1.5 hours in the gym. I gotta get over that hump. Thanks for keeping this going!

I'm currently at 177 today. It went up yesterday from one pound, but now I'm trying to lose it.

Can I join? I love the idea of being help accountable (even if it is just by the shame of having to report to all of you :smiley36:).

Over the last two years I went from almost 260, down to 205, back up to 235, and now back down to 225 as of tonight.

I would love to get to under 200. I am going to try 5lbs at a time. So my first goal is 220 by May 6th.

Funny- I was going to find the original post and post there- I'm down 40 lbs since one year ago and loving it! I went to ST this past weekend and tried on my "normal size" in a wetsuit- it was too big! I told Todd this trip was a morale booster since I went a size DOWN in a wetsuit! Still want to lose 40 more or so, down to 211 now from a Shamu-looking 251 1-yr ago!

I'm so excited to see everyone working so hard! And Darin I know what you mean about the shame. Just like I mentioned before, I didn't know how bad I wanted to loose until I posted my weights on the internet for the world and Al Gore(;)) to see!!!! Keep it up y'all! You can do it!

Ok, I'm joining the crowd!

Last time I weighed myself was 1.5 week ago, I was 265.5 - that's 5.5 higher than my last weigh in, DOH!

Ok so this morning I ate: small bowl of whole grain cereal, 2% milk, and drank an entire FUZE vitamin drink. Breakfeast (grin) is always the easier meal of the day, lunch is where I go nuts... I'll see if I can scarf down a salad today =)

Wow, TxScubaBear, wait to go!!! That is one of the reasons I am pushing so hard to get into better shape and loose weight. I would love to buy a smaller wetsuit!!! or at least get mine on a little easier. :smiley20: Keep up the good work!

Are you watching your food intake? Are you doing any cardio? And are you loosing inches and gaining muscle?

it's all about the size my friend....muscle mass weighs more then fat. so depending on how long you've been lifting, Foo2 is right about asking have you lost inches but gained muscle?

don't worry as much about how much you weigh as much as are you going down in sizes, especially if you are exercising.

found out this logic while the wife lost weight. she weighs more now then her lowest point but is still wearing a smaller size....muscle.
