As from my last week post, I have been on the candy diet and lost 1 pound. 212.2. It sounds kinda screwy to me so im going to get some good food before I go into work. See y'all around

I gain 1 pound up to 179lb :(

My doctor says its going up and down but my fat contend in the body is almost to none, whatever that is.

I'm back to my goal weight again. I think my foot is better now so I'm gonna try to start running again on Wed. We'll see how it goes. Hopefully the pain will be gone this time.

yay for getting back on the saddle! Hopefully, the horse(a.k.a. your foot) will want to go where you want to go and not be as hesitant as your last ride.

Okay, I did my monthly fitness evaluation yesterday and ........ I am down to 179 and my BMI is 1 point from the NORMAL range!!! YEAH!!! YEAH!!! (I celebrated w/ a cup of suger free jello - 10 calories)

I have been in the gym everyday, eating properly, and I waited tables all weekend, so I am pretty excited.

Weightloss to date:
3.15 - 210 lbs.
4.13 -195 lbs.
5.19 - 179 lbs.

My Goal was 175 by vacation (June 6th). I can see my goal now being attainable.

Congrats to everyone this week! Keep it up!!!

That stuff isn't half bad! I lost another 5 pounds. I'm now 155...the goal is 140...

I need a regular exercise program. I normally count what I do at work as exercise, but it's missing some cardio. I know that I'm getting a moped to take me around town, so it's going to be hard to opt out and use my BMW (Basic Method of Walking).

YOu know, I walk half of the day, but because it is not a brisk pace for x amount of minutes at a time, it doesn't seem to do me much good. I started going to the gym w/ my sister and it just became routine for me. Now, I feel guilty if I don't go.

I went from 198 to 182 in a week and a half!! All I did was get off my ass and get a job where I had to stand and walk around all day. Maybe I can get rid of this beer-baby in my belly after all!!

220, down from 230 at beginning of month. Aiming for 200. Feels better riding.
Congrats Skippy11! 30lbs is a few months. Not bad.
