Are you trying:

http://forum.scubatoys.com and http://www.scubatoys.com ?

Although, trying both ways in IE and Firefox worked for me, you might want to try an ad-aware scan of your system. Sounds like you have something trying to redirect you to purchase that software.

Sounds like you have a problem with a virus or spyware. The forums were up and running pretty much all day yesterday, no big problems at all.

"zend optimizer" is not something that is affiliated with ScubaToys or their website in any way. I suspect it is malware of some sort, in fact, based on your description.

The problem was existant yesterday - someone was trying to install or configure some software on the server but did'nt have it setup correctly and was forwarding everyone to this page. Noone posted a message or anything though stating this - I figure a lot of people attempted to download the software - even though it was a server error..

Ah. How odd. I must have missed the short window that was taking place, because I was online most of the day yesterday, and a good chunk of the night as well.

Zend is what decodes the coded (encrypted) pages for the forums.
I was in the process of upgrading linux software yesterday.

No.. you don't have to do anything... that was a note to us. We upgraded a bunch of stuff... and during the process, that message was there for about an hour - but you can forget you ever saw it.

And welcome to the forum!

I missed out again, but that does explain the random issues I run across when I posted, or tried to a couple times.

Could have been some Level3 issues -

Further investigation shows Level3, a HUGE network carrier around the US and the World, is having major network issues, affecting all traffic that goes over their network infrastructure, which is a rather large percentage of Internet traffic.

At this time, we, and everyone else that has any traffic over their network (which is going to be a large portion of the United States and some other countries), are waiting on them to rectify their issues.

We appreciate everyone's patience during this 3rd Party network issue.
