I am a tall skinny guy (6'4" 180lbs), so it looks like my options are pretty limited for off-the-shelf dry suits.

Does anyone have any experience for how much it costs to get a drysuit in a custom size? The suit I am looking at closest right now is the Pinnacle Evo2, but sizing is definitely a big issue for me.

It really depends on the brand. The cheapest is probably USIA at a max of $100 per suit. DUI has a price list on their website (it's way more than $100). I don't know about other brands.

I don't suppose anyone knows pricing specifically for the Pinnacle Evo2 for custom sizing? I guess that is a better question to ask than in general, since it is currently the one I am most interested in. (Though that is always subject to change :) )

It adds something like $400-500 to get a custom seized DUI suit. Some do it cheaper, and some manufacturers have a wider variety of sizes.

Just get one that fits, very important =)

I'm 6'3", 185#. "Semi-custom" sizing from DUI (CLX-450 Select) saved me a ton over the full custom route. It's essentially a "Large-Tall".

I can't recall how much more it was over the true stock S-M-L-XL sizes, but it was definitely less than $200 more. Suit fits me well.
