OK so let's kick this thing off.. I wonder if it would be possible to make our weekly weigh-ins a sticky, but just for the week to make it easy to find the thread..Would also help everybody track their progress...Anyway..

Start: 220
Current: 194
Goal: 178

Being a "fluffy" woman I don't want to post my weight but I will state weight loss/gain amounts.

Just got home from vacation and am down 2lbs! Weird since I'm usually up 5 or more. :D

I was down to 189, then went on vacation....too much food, too much drink, but I think that 5lbs. will come right back off when I get back into my routine.....Enjoyed the vacation though...

Ok sure skip my Thurdsay weigh in and go for monday....

Personaly I like later in the week as I can recover from the weekend. :)

Me? Back up the pound that went away last week. Of course, I had a lot of other things going on and didn't make it to the gym last week. Back on track this week.

oops, didn't notice a new thread for just weekly check in.

I'm down another pound. Sitting at 218 right now. I hate losing weight this slowly, but I'll be happy if I'm down by another pound next monday.
