Great shot man, last night dive I did I was grabbing a few krill and pushing them in the way of the polyps. Realllly cool to see! If only I could have a bit of your mastery under the lens

great shots...what housing do you recommend with you D80??

I use a Ikelite housing as they are robust and one of the cheapest housings you can buy.

There is plenty of really good housings out there to choose from but often enough they come with a really good price tag.

The Ikelite does the job and the money I save from buying them goes towards my next upgrade in the next 12 months or so. I can't see the point in paying top dollar for a housing to have to upgrade to a new camera/housing every 2-3 years.

Hey Aussie.
If you want to see corals feeding at will, try picking up some Cyclopese from your local fish aquarium store. They have it in frozen or powder form. Get the powder and mix it up with a little salt water (somewhat thick). Then use a baby eye dropper type thing to gently blow it into the coral's mouth and they will all begin to feed.
This is how I used to target/hand feed the corals in my salt water aquariums. Pretty neat to see the whole coral head go into feeding mode with their mouths all gaping, or mushroom corals all fold up. Neat stuff.
The only problem would be taking the mix down to depth. My first guess would be a ziplock bag, but I'm sure you could figure out something.

Hope Scuba Toys doesn't have a photo contest we all know who's gonna win. Those are some unbelievable shots my friend.
