Hi all. Thanks for all the advice on diving Hawaii. I went with Mike Severns on Maui and Bubbles below on Kauai. Only 4 dives but the wife doesn't like to dive, so that was cool. See the flickr page for my photos. Some cool stuff

How did you like Bubbles Below? Did you have an opportunity to dive with Linda Marsh? She's great. And the DM, Joe, is a trip...

Joe was our DM for the dive he pointed out the frog fish that I clearly would have missed. BB was good the boats are older but they are totally into what the divers want to see. The biggest issue I had was self imposed, I was staying north of Hanalie, which made the drive to Port Allen a long one.

I would add that the shore diving / snorkeling in Kaanapalli west Maui is pretty good. The reef comes up to within 20yrds of the shore. Great for non-diving friends.

I was OW certified off of black rock with Maui Diving in '99... hmmm. I understand why you enjoyed the whole trip. Thanks for sharing your pics!
