I called DUI this morning with some questions concerning the used TLSSE350 that I picked up. Tried it out this weekend at a local lake and was really pleased. However, I'm still looking for some rock boots, or similar footwear, so I called DUI to ask about sizing.

While I was on the phone with them, I asked about the "silent recall" on their valves that was discussed on some threads here. CS rep was new, but he checked into it, and offered to send me a new inlet and exhaust valve, no charge. Can't beat a deal like that, especially on an older, used suit.

So, here's a big thanks to DUI for the customer service.

That is a good deal, those valves are not cheap.

I know I think DUI has built their business on customer service as much as theri suits. Whatever they cost they are worth it.
