Today is day one of the "couch to 5K" training program. Me and a coworker decided to try it. We are doing it during our lunch hour, which doesn't bode well for the patients we see in the afternoon, but in this day and age, it is the only time that can be set aside. We will see.

Good luck! Are you doing this in preparation for a trip or just to get back into shape? I have an upcoming trip and need to get motivated. Sigh...

Have you found the music podcast series for the program?

There's a soundtrack for each week's scheduled runs. It includes a music background (different each week), along with the C25K directions...when to walk, when to run. Many people like it. It's available on iTunes.

What is your guys motivation? I need some!!! I'm not in terrible shape, but I could definitely improve.
