I bought a Zena from ST about a month ago, (loved it!) dove with it only once before losing it. I hurriedly got another one from a LDS in Houston 2 weeks ago. My original one had the (octo-Z?) end piece for the inflator to make it easy to rinse out, the new one does not. How would I go about getting that changed out? I didn't realize how much I liked that feature (as I said, I only got to use it once), but it really was much easier to rinse out than the one I have now.

This is the thing you're looking for... actually BX not ZX...

Or are you after the octo inflator with the BX fitting? We've got those too... Just shout.

Does the new one have an older octo/inflator or just an inflator? If it is a newer Zeagle, the inflator should unscrew and you can hook it up to a hose to rinse out the bladder. If not they sell the inflator that you can change out.

Sorry. I guess I took to long to post and Larry's showed up first.

Yes, that is it. When I bought the first one, I was told they came with that, but the one I bought 2 weeks ago didn't. :-(
But hey, I can't complain too much, the shop opened for me on a Sunday so I could replace the one I lost before I left for vacation.
I will try and come by the store in the next couple weeks and get one. (If I bring the BC too, can I convince you to change them out for me?)

Scuba Toys is great. I'm sure they wouldn't mind doing it. The inflators take about two minutes to change out. Just cut two zip ties and remove a pin. Then insert the pin on the new coupling and zip tie it into place.

No problem... we can do that real fast for you. Zeagle switched to those about 6 months ago, and we just turn our stock a little faster than most - so that shop probably just had it sitting there for a bit longer...
